False BGP alarm

Issue/Introduction

BGP alerts being raised on admin down or sessions which was never up

Environment

Smarts - 10.1.x / 24.3.x / 25.4.1

Resolution

This issue is fixed as part of Smarts release 25.4.2, where the RCA computation logic has been enhanced to treat the BGPProtocolEndpoint peer status "IDLE" as a non-alarming condition, preventing the generation of BGPSession Down alarms.
