Issue/Introduction

When trying to launch the DX NetOps Portal installer, users are seeing the following error:

Resolution

This error is thrown when the IATEMPDIR environment variable is set to a directory that does not have write access. Exporting this variable to a directory with write access and re-launching the installer will resolve this issue.
