Unable to re-run the NSX prechecks on the NSX-T 3.2 version: "Upgrade Complete"

Issue/Introduction
You are trying to upgrade from NSX-T 3.2.x to NSX 4.x, and from System -> Upgrade, you see pre-check errors:
After trying to resolve these pre-check errors, you are unable to "RUN PRE CHECKS" since the button is greyed out:
Environment
VMware NSX-T 3.2
Cause
The target MUB file for NSX version 4.x was not uploaded, and the pre-checks are showing for a previous upgrade, which has completed successfully.
Resolution
This is a condition that may occur in a VMware NSX environment.
Workaround:
Ensure that all components: Edge, Hosts, and NSX Manager are showing the status "Upgrade Completed".
Open an SSH session for all NSX managers and type the command: get upgrade progress-status, and ensure you see the output: "Upgrade is not in progress".
Once confirmed that the upgrade is not in progress, upload the .MUB file for the NSX target version, which you plan to upgrade:
