Issue/Introduction

Full backups out of sudden are small not few gigabytes like in the past. I would like to know why.

 

Environment

SMG Control Center combined with Standalone Quarantine.

Resolution

In case the backup does not have spam messages, it will be small and that is per design. Download the backup and extract to determine if spam has been captured. Quarantine backup has been done from Control Center, and reflected on the Standalone Quarantine, showing a backup that has few gigabytes. Everything is in line with design.
