Unable to download Marketplace Content from VCF Operations 9.0

Issue/Introduction

When VCF operations is configured with proxy server, we will not be able to download any content from marketplace

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0

Cause

The API used to get toke to talk to marketplace doesn't use proxy

Resolution

This issue is resolved upcoming VCF Operations 9.0.2 release.

Workaround:

Download from Marketplace portal :

1. Open the portal https://vcf.broadcom.com/vsc/
2. Navigate to management pack section
3. Click on the required Management Pack and Download with option "DOWNLOAD FOR VCF OPS"
4. Provide a alphanumeric key
5. Navigate to Manage -> Downloads section and download the Management Pack to your local directory

Upload to VCF OPS Marketplace:

1. From VCF OPS Marketplace page upload the Management Pack using "UPLOAD AND INSTALL" option
2. provide the key earlier generated during Download of the pack and submit
3. Naviagte to downloaded section and Install the management Pack
