Issue/Introduction

Random requests made via ITSM plugin returns Null values for hostname, IP and other fields in the email sent via ITSM plugin
Email is triggered way before the deployment could complete in Aria Automation

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x
ITSM Xanadu.

Cause

Race Condition Between RITM Closure and CMDB Resource Creation

Resolution

A fix for this issue is scheduled to be included in an upcoming release of the ITSM plugin.
