How to enable Audio Notification for alarms in Spectrum

Release: Any version of Spectrum

Resolution

            The following are the steps you need to perform.

              1)      Open the OneClick alarm console.

              2)      Click the View (top left) à Preferences tab à Alarms tab and enable the following

                      Alarm tab à Alarm Notification à New Alarm Sound (For which alarm you want you can enable and click Apply and ok. In the below screenshot i enabled for Critical, Major and Minor alarms.

                

3)      Also you can enable Alarm Notification à New Alarm Popup Alert as shown below.

      

4)      Like the same you can apply the same configuration to a particular user or to a group of user by clicking User tabà Select and right click the User or Group and do the same changes as mentioned above.
