Issue/Introduction

Need to monitor the stack status of a "Cisco Catalyst 3650 Stack" model using snmpcollector probe

Try to get the Hardware component in snmpcollector for this device, but nothing shows up.

When checked in DX UIM - SNMP Device Support device already has been certified.

Get the value using snmpget for OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.500.1.2.1.1 and able to get the value.

Environment

snmpcollector 4.13
Cisco Catalyst 3650 Stack  version 16.12.13

Resolution

Add below key-value pair in the snmpcollector configuration file in <metric families> section :

normalized-hardware-status.xml = enabled

After adding this, restart the snmpcollector probe and run "force component rediscovery" for the Cisco catalyst profile.
