Error to Launch Harweb

Issue/Introduction

After installing Harweb, started Tomcat and when trying to start the /harweb instance from tomcat and receive the following message

FAIL - Application at context path [/harweb] could not be started
FAIL - Encountered exception [org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to start component [StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/harweb]]]

Environment

Harvest Software Change Manager v14.5.0
Windows Server
Tomcat v11.0.11

Cause

Harweb v14.5.0 was not tested or certified with Tomcat v11.x.

Resolution

Installed Tomcat v9.x, reinstalled Harweb and now it can start without that error.
