Issue/Introduction

Problem:

I cannot find the certdb folder after upgrading to Single Sign-On 12.5 or higher

 

Environment:  

Policy Server Version: 12.5 or higher

Operating System: All

 

Cause: 

The certs are now stored in the policy store as of 12.5 not in the individual policy server smkeydatabases as before version 12.5.

 

 

Resolution/Workaround:

Use the smkeytool to manage 12.5x certificate data stores.
