Rally API Help: Retrieving All Children of a Feature

Issue/Introduction
Rallydev made recent changes to allow Defects to be direct children of Features. I’m trying to use the Rallydev API to retrieve all children of Features, but it’s only returning a list of child User Stories. How can I retrieve all direct children of a Feature in Rally so it includes User Stories and Defects?
