Issue/Introduction

When using Onboarding feature for a Virtual Machine in Aria Automation, you observe similar error in relocation service logs:

 java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Workload onboarding does not support projects with virtual private zones.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

Projects that have a defined VPZ , is not supported in Aria Automation 8.x onboarding functionality.

Resolution

From the Aria Automation portal , navigate to Assembler > Infrastructure > Projects 

Add a cloud zone into the project to allow onboarding VM workloads.
