Extract ESP history report in CSV format without headers

Issue/Introduction

When you run the ESP history report job, the output is in txt format and the data contains headers every page. Is it possible to extract the report in excel or csv format without the headers in every page?

Environment

Component: ESP Workload Automation
Release: ALL

Resolution

Use REPORTCV instead of REPORT, then the report is extracted in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, which can be imported into applications such as spreadsheets.

And TITLE command like below will skip the title for every page:
 TITLE 1 DELETE

Note: There will still be one blank line on every page.
