UMA agent continue to report data for scaled down nodes

Issue/Introduction

In some cases, we have observed that UMA agent still reports data for GKE nodes which have been scaled down.

Resolution

Issue has not been observed in local testing with the latest UMA Release 25.8.1.7 ( 990007 ) in a local Kubernetes cluster. It is standard UMA deployment. It is not GKE Multi-tenant UMA deployment (UMA admin, UMA team).

Suggest to upgrade UMA to latest release.
