Issue/Introduction

Created new Global Collections through OneClick.  The expression is correct but the interface is not getting evaluated.

Environment

Any Spectrum version

Resolution

Is it likely the Global Collect needed sufficient time to collect information while customer was trying to tweak the filter.

The Global Collect started to work several hours later.
