Issue/Introduction

Sender domain registered in Email Security Cloud is unable to send an email to external 3rd party recipient and is encountering error 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients<recipient email addresses>

Resolution

The recipient mail server administrator should be contacted in such cases to investigate and fix issues on their end.
