Error "Operation canceled due to an unexpected error" appear when using the Activity Summary in Cloud Director Availability UI

Issue/Introduction

• Cannot get an Activity Summary report via Cloud Director Availability (VCDA) UI and running API GET to https://VCDA-FQDN/reports/activity-summary

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.3

Cause

Replications were deleted in the past and left several entries  in the VCDA database replication table where the column created_at is set as null, and producing the error message reported.

Resolution

This is a known issue which can affect the mentioned versions of VMware Cloud Director Availability.

Workaround:
To work around this issue, open a new case with the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation Support Team. For more information, see How to Submit a Support Request
