Max number of alarms to export to Excel in the All Alarms view of DX O2

Issue/Introduction

From time to time, when exporting alarms in the All Alarms view, an error appears.

Environment

DX O2 SaaS / On Premise 25.1 and previous.

 

Cause

The maximum number of records to be exported is 9,999, same as indicated in the documentation for Inventory UI

Resolution

Documentation will be updated to mentioned this same limit exists for alarms.

Additional Information

The same limit applies to API calls.
