OBS Unit Levels Showing Blank

Issue/Introduction

When reviewing the Classic > Administration > Organization and Access > OBS > Organizational Breakdown Structures 
and select an OBS instance > Units tab, There are several top level 2 units that are blank.

It is not known how it became blank, however need to get it resolved without deleting critical child nodes/branches/level/leaf units.

 

Resolution

Please contact the Support team for a review as it deals with data integrity.

The following tables need to be reviewed:
PRJ_OBS_UNITS - This table stores information about the OBS units.
PRJ_OBS_UNITS_FLAT - This table contains flattened hierarchical data for the OBS units, used to determine the full path of an OBS unit.

After a review of the hierarchy and OBS paths, a correction script will need to be issued to resolve the orphaned level 2 nodes.
