Post re-iping the appliance it is pinging but DNS resolution not working. Can not login to the appliance

Issue/Introduction
After changing the IP of the Aria Automation Appliance it is no longer possible to login to the appliance. Also, pinging the appliance using the FQDN does not respond.
Environment
Aria Automation 8.18.1 and possibly all supported versions
Resolution
Restart the Aria Automation appliance using the following procedure:
From the Aria Automation CLI run /opt/script/deploy.sh --shutdown
From vCenter restart the Aria Automation appliance
From the Aria Automation CLI run /opt/scripts/deploy.sh
It may be that you need to wait some time after the environment comes up for the cache to clear before the system is accessible again.
