Virtual Services Health showing as Unknown in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the health status of virtual services in VMware Cloud Director, some services may display as "Unknown" if the total number of virtual services exceeds 25.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.X

Cause

This issue occurs when the Cloud Director API GET request exceeds the pageSize of 25 resulting in incomplete or missing health status data.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Cloud Director 10.6.1.2  available at Broadcom Downloads.

Workaround

To avoid this issue, adjust your browser's zoom level to reduce the number of virtual services visible on the page to 25 or fewer. This helps ensure accurate health status display within the Cloud Director interface.
