Cannot apply the certificate in VCF Operations (Aria Operations)

Issue/Introduction

The following error appears when applying the CA certificate via LCM for Aria Operations:

Error Code: LCMVROPSYSTEM25016
Import certificate for VMware Aria Operations failed.
Import certificate for VMware Aria Operations failed

Environment

• VMware Aria Operations 8.18.x
• VMware Lifecycle Manager: 8.18
  
  

Cause

Certificate validation is failing due to non-UTF8 characters. 

Resolution

The fix will be available in the future release of 8.18.x
