[VMC] HCX Cloud Manager failed to upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Attempt to upgrade HCX Cloud Manager in VMware Cloud on AWS from VMC console result in the below error:-

• HCX Cloud Manager failed to upgrade on this SDDC. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please reach out to Broadcom for support
• 

Environment

VMware Cloud on AWS

Cause

Backend integration issues between HCX and VMC

Resolution

Raise a Wolken case with VMC on AWS team with the following details:-

• SDDC ID (Get Support)
• Current HCX Connector (On-prem) version
• Current HCX Cloud version
• Target Connector Connector (On-prem) version
• Target HCX Cloud version
• Screenshot of the error seen
• HAR file collected while replicating the issue
