Issue/Introduction

After a new Applications Manager installation completes, Applications Manager fails to start and/or the java awapi times out. 

Further review of the RmiServer.log file show the below error:

17:55:45.715 main: AwE-5051
17:55:45.721 main: .AxOptions: NoErrorMsgProperties=false
ErrorMsg: AwE-5051 Missing file
Details: user_keystore or user_keystore_config file not found

Or

ErrorMsg: AwE-5051 Missing file
Details: user_keystore or user_keystore_config file not found

Environment

Applications Managers 9.6+

Cause

Applications Manager can not find the user_keystore and/or user_keystore_config files in the $AW_HOME/data directory.

Resolution

Applications Manager version 9.3 and above requires a user_keystore and user_keystore_config SSL files which is used for connection authentication.

Ensure that keystores are generated and present in the $AW_HOME/data directory.
