Installation issue running into lsetxattr message

Issue/Introduction

The docker registry that's started as a podman pod during the prepare process throws the error message "lsetxattr: Operation not permitted"

Environment

Smarts TCSA 2.x

Cause

The filesystem that is created is not suitable to run the container. 

Resolution

Since this is an infra issue, customer to explore the corrective action to provide a suitable filesystem for the CPN nodes
