Cannot view DIFF function after upgrade.

Issue/Introduction

After update the version from 8.7 to 8.7.4 we can't view the new *DIFF built-in function:

Environment

CA 2E v8.7.4. 

Cause

It is a known issue. It appears that YAPYPTF was not applied properly due to the existing MS and MT constants in your system, which will be used in the *DIFF builtin function introduced as part of 2E 8.7.4.

Resolution

Please contact support and request "YA87426316.SAVF" to solve the reported issue.

This fix will check the constants ('MS', 'MT') in the model. If they already exist in the model, then it will reuse them. If it does not exist, then it will create the new constants. 

Refer to YA87426316_readme.txt for further instructions on installing this Test PTF and then reapplying 2E r8.7.4 on the model.

Additional Information

NOTE: If the model is already upgraded to 8.7.4 earlier, then we can delete the YRLSNBRRFA and YFIXNBRRFA data areas from the MODEL LIBRARY and then apply the 2E 8.7.4.

The library list should also contain Y1874AC and Y2874AC as part of the 8.7.4 implementation
