Is it possible to configure/integrate CABI after the installation of CA Service Desk?

Answer: 

Yes, it is possible to configure CABI after (CA Business Intelligence) . To do so, please follow the indicated steps below:

* Run the install process for CABI

* Select Language

* Select CA Business Intelligence Configuration for CA Service Desk Manager

* Complete the configuration steps
