AE DB Unload failed with an error message U00037134 deleting an RA solution

Issue/Introduction

After deleting an RA solution in AWI, the unload fails due to an error:

20241216/190758.662 - U00037134 CAUTION: The object '<RA_SOLUTION>' might have been moved to the Recycle Bin by accident. Processing will be aborted. Please contact Automic Support.

The objects seem correctly labeled for deletion (OH_name, OH_deleteflag)

To make sure the unload works again, we have changed the OH_deleteflag to zero, effectively putting the object in NO_FOLDER, see also this KB:

Cause

This is an issue with the DB Unload Utility that occurs after the upgrade to v24
