Issue/Introduction

Can you upgrade the Ghost Solution Suite Web Console without upgrading the entire Ghost Solution Suite product?  For example, if you are currently running Ghost Solution Suite RU 12 and you want to upgrade the Ghost Solution Suite Web Console to the version that is available in a higher version.
