Endevor NDVRC1 ending with RC 47

Issue/Introduction

We are running a Endevor(NDVRC1) batch job and it ended with RC 47.

Environment

Product Release:19.0

Operating System: z/OS 3.1

Cause

 RC 47 indicates that the Endevor CSIQAUTH and CSIQAUTU libraries are not APF authorized. 

Resolution

Verify all libraries in the STEPLIB concatenation are APF-authorized.

If one of the libraries in the STEPLIB is not authorized, then all the libraries in the STEPLIB are made un-authorized.
