1. You have a newly-deployed VCF Operations 9.0 instance, and started a new installation of VCF Operations Logs 9.0 through Fleet Management.
2. You performed Log Data Transfer for the new installation of VCF Operations Logs 9.0. The Pending bar seemed to progress after clicking on INITIATE TRANSFER. But once the progress reaches 100% and Transfer Status shows "Completed", the Pending bar goes back to 0%. There are no warning messages, and you don't see any logs being shown in Infrastructure Operations > Analyze page.
3. You tried to cancel this action by clicking CANCEL TRANSFER, but it does not work, and the page stays in this state.

Cached data might have caused the corruption of the previously running Log Data Transfer task.
Workaround:
1. Log in to the VCF Operations admin UI (https://VCFOperations_FQDN_or_IP_address/admin).
2. Click Take Cluster Offline in the System Status page. Wait for the status of the cluster to show OFFLINE.
3. Reboot all analytic nodes in the VCF Operations cluster.
4. Log in to the admin UI and bring the cluster back online.
5. You should see that the Log Data Transfer page is back to its initial state.
