Issue/Introduction

Applications Manager's install may fail with the below error

Error: short file name support required

Use the following fsutil command to enable shot file names:
"fsutil behavior set disable8dot3 0"

Died at D:\appworx 961\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image_9_6_1\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image

Cause

Staging or install path contains a space in directory name.

Resolution

Review the staging directory and the installation directory for spaces in the directory path and remove or replace any spaces found.

For example:

D:\appworx 961\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image_9_6_1\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image

Replace with:

D:\appworx961\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image_9_6_1\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image
or:
D:\appworx_961\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image_9_6_1\Applications.Manager_AM.Full.Image
