Issue/Introduction

Using a tenant-specific URL to open a VM-Apps-Tenant in VCF-Automation (e.g. "https://[VCF-Automation-FQDN]/login/?service=tenant:[Tenant-Name]" ) fails with "An error occurred during login. Please, contact your administrator."

Issue occurs when a session cookie already exists (I.e. when the user has previously logged into the tenant).

Environment

VCF Automation 9.0.

Resolution

Fix for this issue is tentatively planned for the VCF 9.1 release.

Workaround: Navigate to the Provider Management Portal and launch the Org portal from there.
