Issue/Introduction

• When you try to delete a snapshot from VMware Cloud Director (VCD) you get an error similar to:
  
  [ UUID] Internal Server Error - (vmodl.fault.ManagedObjectNotFound) { faultCause = null, faultMessage = null, obj = ManagedObjectReference: type = VirtualMachineSnapshot, value = snapshot-#####, serverGuid = null } - The object 'vim.vm.Snapshot:snapshot-#####' has already been deleted or has not been completely created


• Snapshots do not have a Name, Type: External, an irrelevant timestamp and size 0Mb

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.x

Cause

Stale snapshots DB records created in previous version (10.6.0) version of Cloud Director.

Resolution

Resolution involves making changes to Cloud Director Database,
