Issue/Introduction

Deleting snapshots from Cloud director returns error "[ UUID] Internal Server Error - (vmodl.fault.ManagedObjectNotFound) { faultCause = null, faultMessage = null, obj = ManagedObjectReference: type = VirtualMachineSnapshot, value = snapshot-xxxxx, serverGuid = null } - The object 'vim.vm.Snapshot:snapshot-xxxxxx' has already been deleted or has not been completely created"

Snapshots do not have a Name, Type: External, an irrelevant timestamp with size 0Mb

Environment

Cloud Director 10.6

Cloud Director 10.6.1.x

Cause

Stale snapshots DB records created in previous version (10.6.0) version of Cloud Director.

Resolution

Resolution involves making changes to Cloud Director Database,
