After updating to vCenter Server 8.0 Update 2c or later, the right-click menu in the vSphere Client does not work.

Issue/Introduction

• After upgrading to vCenter Server 8.0 Update 2c or later, right-click menus in the vSphere Client do not work.
  
  
• All of the vCenter Server services are running normally and you can log in to the vSphere Client.

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 8.0

Cause

Using a version of Microsoft Edge that is older than the version supported by the vSphere Client,
the right-click menu does not work correctly in the vSphere Client for vCenter Server 8.0 Update 2c and later.

Resolution

Update the version of Microsoft Edge being used to a version supported by the vSphere Client for vCenter Server 8.0.
