VCF Auto seems stuck on creating a content library

Issue/Introduction

Unable to complete the creation of a content library. And now the content libary is hung in "Not Ready" mode without ability to delete it.

Environment

VCF Auto 9

Cause

The cause is due to attempting to create the library using a data store backed by SDRS instead of direct datastore like VSAN or VMFS.

Resolution

 Login to the database and update the status from "Not Ready" to Failed. Then go back to the UI to manually delete the content library. Re-create the content library using a supervisor that uses a direct datastore such as VSAN or VMFS.
