Issue/Introduction

Error "The Incident details cannot be accessed for this incident. Check the enforce logs for more details" when trying to view an incident.

In addition, the localhost logs show the following: "Incident(s) not accessible to the logged in user" 

These errors continue even when accessing the incident as the built-in 'Administrator' user.

Incident data may have become corrupted or orphaned.

Contact support for assistance with deleting these incidents.
