Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create multi-project automation between Jiran OnPrem and Rally to sync any issue types
2. Map description field
3. Sync records. with description having screen capture.

 

Actual Results: 
For multi-project automation, it sync record fine but Rally has a broken screen capture in description.
For single project automation, it syncs record fine to Rally with description having good screen capture.

 

Expected Results: 
It should sync screen captures fine irrespective of single project or multi-project automation.
