Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create automation to from Rally to Jira
2. Completed the basic field mapping for one way sync from Rally to Jira.

 

Expected Results: 
All updates picked should sync to destination and retried when there are any errors like rate limiting.

 

Actual Results: 
Some updates failed due to rate limit are not showing up in UI(Activity Monitor or Related Artifact)
