Unexplained Blocks and Custom Rules not Working as Expected with Errors.bt9 message "Incompatible Filter Manager"

Issue/Introduction

Files are being blocked or custom rules that were working are no longer working as expected. In the errors.bt9 file, the following message is seen. 

Function[..\Cache\Cache.cpp:HealthCheckContext::AddFailure] Line[7246] Error[Severity[Medium] Incompatible Filter Manager]

Environment

• Application Control Agent: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Version

Cause

OS and Agent version are not compatible. 

Resolution

Upgrade the Agent to a supported version for the OS version. Windows Operating System and Respective Agents
