ConnectALL not synching items to Rally

Issue/Introduction

When performing a synch to Rally, items were not being created.

Logs show the following error:

Validation error: Feature.PlannedStartDate must be on or before end date.

Cause

Rally rules prevent Planned Start Sate from being set to a value that is after the Planned End Date.

Resolution

Resolve the validation issue in the source system by setting the value for Planned Start Date to a date prior to the Planned End Date.
