Enhancement - Ability to save a custom DX O2 Alarm or Inventory queue without a filter configured

Issue/Introduction

I would like to be able to add columns to my Alarms or Inventory view, save this customization and then Save it as New queue, however, I cannot save the queue until I configured a filter

The workaround is to apply a dummy filter, for example: (does not contain xxxxxxx)
