Issue/Introduction

Do we need any compatibility maintenance for CA Disk for IBM z13 processor ?

 

Environment

Release: Disk™ Backup and Restore 12.5

Resolution

Disk™ Backup and Restore does not depend on the hardware. So, there are no compatibility issues for IBM z13 processor. However the PTF RO86193 needs to be installed for solving performance problem. Also, if CPU serial number is changed, then a new license key is needed.
