Issue/Introduction

Need to enable the dedicated IP address feature on Cloud SWG.

The Routing tab under Policy is missing within the Cloud SWG Portal.

Environment

• Product: Cloud SWG

• Feature: Dedicated IP Address / Premium Routing

Cause

Cloud Premium Routing and Dedicated Egress IPs (DEIs) require an active add-on SKU: CLD-PREMIUM-ROUTING-SUB.

The portal options remain hidden until backend feature activation occurs.

Access to the Routing tab and Dedicated Egress IPs requires backend feature activation by Broadcom Support after the relevant SKU is purchased.

Resolution

1. Acquire the add-on SKU: CLD-PREMIUM-ROUTING-SUB.

2. Obtain the SKU serial number.

3. Submit a ticket via Contact Broadcom Support (KB 206567) requesting backend feature activation.

4. Include the following details in the support case request:

   • Target Datapod (DP): Specify the location where DEIs should be configured (e.g., Frankfurt, Tel Aviv).

   • Total DEIs Required: Specify the exact count of Dedicated Egress IPs needed.
