Issue/Introduction

• NSQL queries are being developed
• They are being run against the 'Data Warehouse' DB
• NSQL does not have a 'select * ' clause that can be used to find all columns of a table
• How to identify the columns and tables that can be queried?

Resolution

• A 'select * ' query can be run using Administration > Lookups, without the NSQL constructs
• There are views such as information_schema.columns that can be used to obtain information about all tables, columns.
