Removing Orphaned IP Addresses from the VCD Database

Issue/Introduction

Orphaned IP addresses persist in the VCD database without association to object(s), causing resource allocation inconsistencies.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

The specific IP address remains allocated because the vCD database retains its status as assigned.
There is no option to delete it from UI.
