Interface on Edge SWG deployed in Amazon AWS keeps flapping

Issue/Introduction

Edge SWG (running SGOS prior to 7.3.26.x or 7.4.11.x) deployed in Amazon AWS (on m5 and m6i instance) keeps flapping 

Cause

This issue have been attributed to the internal watchdog process malfunctioning.

Resolution

Bug have been fixed in 7.3.26.1 and 7.4.11.1. Upgrade to fix issue. 

If upgrade is not feasible, issue the following command to temporary workaround the issue. 

1. SSH to Edge SWG

2. Issue the following commands

tcp-ip ena-nic-wd disable
