Unable to save cluster template

Issue/Introduction

• When creating a cluster template, a message is received stating the kubernetes 'version is not supported'.
• The release notes indicate the selected version is supported.

Environment

TCA 3.1.1

Cause

There is not a configured TCA connected to any VIM that contains the supported image version.

Resolution

Complete the steps outlined on the Configure VMware Telco Cloud Automation Control Plane page.
