Unable to backup SpanVA after update

Issue/Introduction

After updating the SpanVA to version 1.15.3.167 the SpanVA was unable to perform a backup.

A new install of SpanVA 1.15.3.167 is able to perform a backup.

Resolution

2 dependencies fail to deploy while updating to the SpanVA. A new SpanVA update version 1.15.3.168 is tentatively planned for the first part of October 2025. 

It is possible to update the dependencies with a remote session by opening a support ticket. 

Additional Information

New SpanVA deployments of version 3.167 do not have this issue.
